DISPUTES: This Website is governed by the laws of the United States without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this Website, participants agree that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Website, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in the U.S. having jurisdiction.
